Highline Emergency Physicians (HEP) welcomes you to join our democratic Emergency Medicine group at St. Anne Hospital, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Burien, Washington.
– Location: South Seattle (Burien), just 15 minutes from downtown.
– Annual Patient Volume: 40,000, with EPIC EMR.
– Night shift Incentives: $500/night (10 pm-6 am), $166/evening (6 pm-2 am).
– Comprehensive Benefits: 100% Paid Family Medical, Dental, Vision, and Professional Disability Insurance.
– Financial Security: 401k with 3% Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing.
– Employer HSA Contribution.
– Partnership Track: 18 months
– Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $250,000-350,000.
– Full-time nocturnist: 96 hours per month.
– Non-nocturnist: 112 hours per month.
